Director of Agency Sales & Field Strategy
Location : Remote / Regional Travel
Salary Range : $120K–$150K base + bonus (DOE)
Location : Remote – Based in TX, FL, GA, NC, IL, or nearby regional hub (Travel Required)

Position Overview
The Director of Agency Sales & Field Strategy is a pivotal role responsible for driving regional expansion, optimizing agency partnerships, and achieving sustainable sales growth . This position demands a strategic thinker who excels in building relationships, aligning cross-functional teams, and executing go-to-market plans.
This is not a traditional corporate role; it's about being in the field, understanding the nuances of each territory, and empowering agency partners to succeed.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has a proven track record of managing multi-state sales agency relationships and driving performance
- Demonstrates the ability to develop and execute regional GTM strategies with tangible outcomes
- Excels in cross-functional collaboration , bringing clarity and structure to complex initiatives
- Is a proactive communicator, energized by fieldwork and direct engagement with partners
- Takes full ownership of performance metrics and is committed to continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a 3–5 year regional growth strategyServe as the primary liaison to independent sales agenciesConduct quarterly and annual business reviews to assess and drive performanceCollaborate with marketing, operations, and service teams to support executionOptimize deployment of sales support (e.g., BDRs) across agenciesLead training, onboarding, and development for agency partnersManage and evolve agency incentive programs to align with strategyQualifications
5–10+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or regional business developmentExperience managing multi-state sales teams or partner networksStrong background in territory development and strategic planningClear and confident communicator; able to align cross-functional teamsWilling to travel regularly and meet field partners face-to-faceProficient in using data and KPIs to drive insights and accountabilityMust-Haves
