Set up and operate all equipment necessary to provide production fixturing / tooling for current or new products, develop prototype parts / components leading to production parts.
Hours are Monday – Thursday 5am – 3pm
Pay : Starting at 21.00 to 26.00
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop production techniques for new products.
- Produce and verify parts as outlined in procedures and work instructions in the department manual.
- Develop tool fixtures.
- Provide technical support to all departments as required.
- Demonstrate ability to train and coach.
- Make Supervisor / Plant Manager aware of changes needed to process routers and procedures as necessary.
- Make Supervisor / Plant Manager aware of safety issues and concerns.
- Perform general housekeeping duties as directed.
- Perform duties as directed by Supervisor / Plant Manager.
- Dispose of scrap material as directed. Authorization to scrap material must be approved by Supervisor / Plant Manager.
- Make Plant Manager aware of any non-conformance in product.
