Plant Manager - Santa Teresa, NM

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000 + Annual Incentive

(Onsite, Full-Time, M-F with 2nd shift creation underway)

Key Accountabilities

As Plant Manager, you will :

Lead, supervise, and develop a diverse team of ~25-30 employees (with a 2nd shift launching soon)

Ensure safety for all employees, visitors, and contractors by developing and enforcing standards aligned with OSHA and corporate guidelines

Oversee production planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement using SAP and Lean practices

Support the sales team and customers through timely service and on-site problem-solving when needed

Manage equipment, facilities, and supplier relationships to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime

Recruit, train, coach, and hold your team accountable while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment

Monitor operational KPIs, customer requirements, and compliance standards-driving accountability and measurable improvement

Participate in regional / corporate meetings, support logistics, and collaborate with peers to share best practices

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)

Strong commitment to safety and employee well-being

Preferred Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field

2+ years of warehouse supervision or team leadership experience

Knowledge of labor relations, ISO standards, Lean practices, and safety program implementation

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate effective teams

Important Information

This role requires consistent onsite presence in Santa Teresa, NM

The Plant Manager works directly on the warehouse floor and around heavy machinery

This position is designated as safety sensitive . Pre-employment drug testing (including testing for marijuana under applicable laws) is required
