Communicate with warehouse teams to ensure product availability, accurate labeling, and proper packaging standards are met. Track and manage shipment timelines to meet delivery schedules and avoid chargebacks or penalties. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts regarding order status, shipping requirements, and issue resolution. Collaborate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to align on customer expectations and priorities. Prepare and distribute daily or weekly reports on order status, shipment tracking, and performance metrics. Ensure adherence to all customer routing guides and compliance manuals. Maintain accurate records of EDI transactions, shipping documents, and order history. Assist with audits and reporting for strategic accounts as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or EDI processing, preferably with large retail accounts. Experience with ERP systems, WMS, and EDI platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, etc.). Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple high-priority orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot EDI or fulfillment issues quickly.
Position Summary
The EDI & Strategic Account Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of electronic data interchange (EDI) processes and the fulfillment operations for key strategic accounts. This role ensures the accurate and timely transmission of order information, coordinates the picking and packing of large-scale shipments, and serves as the primary liaison between internal teams, warehouses, and major clients to meet service-level expectations.

EDI Management
- Monitor, process, and troubleshoot EDI orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with each customer’s requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date mapping, formats, and trading partner profiles in EDI systems.
- Collaborate with IT and customer service teams to resolve EDI transmission errors or discrepancies.
