Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in Outpatient PreOp , you will be an essential part of our surgical team, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. Here’s what you can expect :

  • Self-scheduling for predictability in your work-life balance.

  • On-call duties during select non-business hours.

    • What You Will Do :

  • Evaluate patients prior to surgery and provide education about the procedure.
  • Prepare patients for surgery, including IV therapy and medication administration.
  • Participate in surgical site verification and adhere to hospital protocols.
  • Recognize and respond to patient emergencies effectively.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
  • Document patient conditions and care provided thoroughly.

    • Qualifications You’ll Need

  • Current RN License.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
