Clinical Scope :
Evaluate and manage a broad range of cardiac conditions
Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, cardiac nuclear imaging, stress echocardiography, and cardiac monitors
Perform and interpret cardioversion and TEE
Participate in cardiac rehab treatment planning
Educate patients and families on cardiac health, medications, and prevention
Collaborate with other medical specialties to ensure coordinated care
Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with practice standards
Candidate Requirements :
Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine and Cardiology Required
Fellowship-trained in Cardiology Required
Active Oregon medical license or willingness to obtain Required
Nuclear and Echo Certified Highly Preferred
Clean malpractice history Required
Ties to Oregon (e.g., family in the area or prior residency) Preferred
