Position : Associate Dentist

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is your chance to support our mission and provide excellent dental care to the community, creating memorable experiences for children and adults alike. Here’s what you can look forward to :

  • Engage with your community and participate in activities that promote a positive image of our company.
  • Join morning huddles (feel free to lead one!), plan your day, and show appreciation for your team while highlighting great examples of customer focus and collaboration.
  • Work with kids, who make up 70% of our patient base!

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with :

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A supportive team with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location
  • An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor options

    • Qualifications

    This opportunity offers growth and development through mentoring and collaboration!

  • DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care or eligibility for licensure
  • Other certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.)
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

  • Guaranteed base pay of $900 / day with uncapped earning potential
  • Student loan repayment assistance
  • Sign-on bonus of $40,000 - $50,000
