About Us

Originware Solution LLC (www.easytableware.com) is a Los Angeles–based distributor of disposable food containers and restaurant packaging.

We supply local restaurants, cafes, and food distributors with premium PP, PET, and MFPP containers through our eCommerce and logistics platform.

Our mission is to make high-quality packaging more affordable and accessible for every food business in Southern California.

We are expanding rapidly and looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Lead to help grow our footprint across the Greater Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with restaurants, cafes, and food distributors.
• Visit local businesses to introduce and promote our product lines.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Manage daily operations, including order tracking and customer service follow-up.
• Collect market feedback to support pricing and product development decisions.
• Represent the brand professionally in all business interactions.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of Sales experience is required ,preferably in foodservice, restaurant supply, or distribution.

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local client visits.

U.S. work authorization required.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (English or Spanish; bilingual preferred).

Self-motivated, trustworthy, and results-driven personality.Hungry, clean background (we’ll verify).

Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

Compensation & Incentives

ComponentDetails

Base Salary : $2,500 / month (adjustable $2,200–$2,800 based on experience)

Commission : 8% on new restaurant sales (paid monthly); 4% on reorders

Performance Bonus : $300 monthly bonus for achieving $15,000+ in sales; $600 for $30,000+

New Account Bonus : $50 for each new client’s first order over $300

Quarterly Growth Bonus : $200 for achieving 20%+ sales growth quarter-over-quarter

Equity opportunity : 20% ownership after achieving $100K sales in 3 months.

Total On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $4,500–$10,000 per year (Base + Commission + Bonus)
