Are you a Transportation-focused Senior-Level Project Engineer who is experienced in Design-Build / Alternative Delivery pursuits?
As a Senior Alternative Delivery Project Engineer, you will become part of a dedicated team that provides technical and production support in the development of Alternative Technical Concepts (ATCs) , geometric design, and plans production for major Alternative Delivery (Design-Build) projects and pursuits.
This role can be based in Orlando or Tampa, FL with flexibility to work in the office or with a hybrid work schedule.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include
- Perform engineering designs including geometric alignments, profiles, cross-sections, construction, and Temporary Traffic Control details.
- Creation of engineering documents including Typical Section Packages, Pavement Design Reports , and Variation / Exception Reports
- Perform advanced MicroStation, GEOPAK, OpenRoads processes using 3D modeling
- Coordinate plans, calculations, and specifications amongst multi-discipline engineering teams.
What you'll need
B.S. from an ABET-accredited university in Civil EngineeringMinimum of 10 years of transportation roadway design experienceRegistration as a Professional Engineer in FloridaProficiency in MicroStation and / or OpenRoadsStrong knowledge of FDOT plans preparation criteria, FDM and Standard PlansExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsStrong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlinesDetail-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environmentValid driver's license with approved / acceptable driving history requiredPreferred Qualifications
Experience working on limited-access projectsExperience working on alternative delivery design-build projectsExperience with 3D corridor modelingDRMP Offers
