Material Handler
Overview :
We are seeking a Material Handler for a short-term assignment (4–6 weeks with possible extension). This is a full-time, onsite role in East Granby, CT. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7 : 00am–4 : 30pm, with no weekend work required. Candidates must have forklift experience.

Accurately receive, stock, and deliver materials to support production and shipping.Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, or similar equipment.Verify parts, quantities, and complete bills of lading for incoming and outgoing materials.Support shipping, receiving, and inventory management functions.Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety rules and 6S standards.Minimum Qualifications :
Prior forklift experience and ability to safely operate material handling equipment.Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments involving inventory management.Preferred Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED.Six months or more of relevant experience.Ability to become forklift certified.Experience with warehouse technology, inventory systems, or shipping confirmation processes.Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.Core Competencies :
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills.Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment.Work Environment :
