Job Description

Institution : Finlay Medical Training Institute (FMTI)

Location : West New York, NJ

Employment Type : Part-Time / Full-Time (negotiable)

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee CNA program compliance with NJ DOH NATCEP standards.
  • Supervise and support instructors in classroom and clinical training.
  • Ensure accurate skills checklists, student evaluations, and records.
  • Liaise with long-term care (LTC) facilities and clinical partners.
  • Maintain high academic and professional standards in alignment with institutional policies.

Requirements :

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey (verification required).
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience .
  • LTC or Geriatrics experience preferred .
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
