Job Title : Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Perform daily preventive maintenance rounds, reporting all deficiencies to the Lead Mechanic or Chief Engineer. Respond to and repair HVAC systems, handle valves, and isolate plumbing issues. Complete minor repairs to building systems such as plumbing and HVAC, and perform preventive maintenance on designated equipment. Keep an inventory of all equipment stock including lights, filters, and restroom paper supplies, and advise the Chief Engineer when stock is low. Monitor contractor work throughout the facility, replace burned-out light bulbs, and rewire lighting ballasts as required. Perform other functions and duties as assigned.

Schedule

The typical work shift is Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with the need to be available for on-call, after-hours, and weekend work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00 / hr.
