The Salesforce AppExchange is the world's leading enterprise SaaS marketplace, providing a trusted hub where customers discover, evaluate, and securely install thousands of pre-built applications, components, and solutions that extend Salesforce functionality. It empowers our vast ecosystem of partners to build, market, and monetize innovative solutions, significantly enhancing the Salesforce Customer 360 experience. Built on the AppExchange, the AgentExchange is a trusted marketplace for discovering prebuilt AI solutions, including ready-to-use agent components like actions, topics, and templates.

Role

Senior Product Manager for AppExchange and AgentExchange. You will execute and influence the strategic vision and roadmap for these pivotal marketplace platforms, drive innovation for the Salesforce Ecosystem, foster a thriving developer and ISV community, and ensure our marketplaces deliver unparalleled value and trust to the global Salesforce customer base.

What you’ll do

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for both the AppExchange and AgentExchange, ensuring alignment with Salesforce's platform and AI initiatives.
• Lead the growth and health of a two-sided marketplace ecosystem, balancing the needs of Salesforce customers and a diverse community of partners and developers.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver trusted, scalable, and high-quality marketplace experiences.
• Guide the strategic evolution of AgentExchange to provide a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use platform for discovering and deploying trusted AI agents.
