A company is looking for a Senior Incident Manager to coordinate and lead the resolution of high-impact incidents across its software organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an incident management process aligned with industry best practices
Coordinate and lead the incident response process across cross-functional teams
Facilitate post-incident reviews and document follow-up actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident management or a similar field
Strong understanding of incident response workflows and coordination best practices
Familiarity with ITIL principles, SRE concepts, or similar operational frameworks
Experience with tools such as Jira, PagerDuty, or other incident management platforms is a plus
