A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR technology projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while analyzing and redesigning HR work processes
Serve as the technical point-of-contact for the HRMS, performing system maintenance, testing, and providing expert-level production support
Develop standard and ad-hoc reports, maintain data integrity across HR systems, and recommend enhancements to HRMS functionality
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in HRIS, human resources, or payroll with a focus on systems management
Experience managing HR technology projects, including process improvements and system implementations
Deep understanding of major HRMS like Oracle or Lawson and proficiency with relational databases
Proficiency with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports, Business Objects, BI, or SQL
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
