Job Description

As a Security Guard - Access Control Patrol Driver in Lebanon, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence will create a welcoming atmosphere while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This role requires you to drive as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location, following site-specific policies and procedures.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with access control processes and inquiries.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.

Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all access control activities and security-related incidents.

Collaborate with building management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support emergency response activities.

Enforce property rules and regulations to help to deter policy violations within the location.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
