What You'll Do

Direct and coordinate nursing care, overseeing both licensed and unlicensed personnel.
Engage patients and families in care planning and discharge processes.
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient care.
Assist in defining standards of excellence for patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Help orient new staff members and act as a resource for policies and procedures.
Contribute to daily operational activities to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Provide input to the Nurse Manager on unit needs and participate in committees.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with experience as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room RN experience required.

Valid RN License from Virginia or a reciprocal compact state.

BSN preferred.

AHA BLS Provider CPR certification required at hire.

Salary, Shifts & Location
