Our M&A practice is made up of professionals working closely with middle market companies nationwide to help maximize opportunity and minimize risk associated with a variety of strategic transactions to grow, acquire, consolidate, finance or exit a business. Paired with strong client relationships and business-focused perspectives, this specialization allows us to bring tangible value to each client engagement or transaction. Under the direction of a Managing Director, Vice President, Associate, or Senior Analyst, an Analyst is expected to perform many of the elements of an engagement. You will enjoy this role if :
- You would like to work with a variety of middle market clients and help them maximize their value by completing transactions for public and private companies. Clients are in industries such as business services, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, healthcare and consumer products throughout the United States and internationally.

What You'll Do :
Interact directly with transaction team members on matters related to client and engagement managementCreate transaction financial models to be used in valuation, structuring and negotiationPrepare detailed memoranda and presentations describing the key attributes of client companies and industriesData gathering, document review and preparation of reportsResearch & financial analysis of target companiesCommunication with business owners to ensure delivery of exceptional client serviceLearn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programsQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.One (1)+ year of experience in investment banking, business valuation services, commercial banking, or public accounting.Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, project management, communication, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills required.Experience creating discounted cash flow and leveraged buyout models and analysis.Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.The compensation range for this role is $65,560 to $124,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
