General Maintenance

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a General Maintenance Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.   Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, doors : interior and exterior, painting, is required. 2nd shift position. No weekend work.

Working knowledge of plumbing,  carpentry, doors :  interior and exterior,  painting, Snow removal is required.

Pay $20.00 an hour : or The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

2nd shift hours - flexible between 2pm to 10pm or 3pm to 11pm or 4pm to 12pm.

• Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures
• Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
• Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
