Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of church programs, services, and facilities
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring responsible stewardship of church resources
- Improve systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency and impact
- Coordinate with ministry leaders to support events, outreach, and strategic goals
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and HR regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts for services and supplies
- Support fundraising efforts and community engagement initiatives
