Become part of Essentias accomplished team in Duluth, Minnesota on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior!We are currently hiring for our Med / Surg Float Pool at St Mary's Medical Center.This is a wonderful opportunity to expand your nursing skill sets in the acute care setting. Submit an application today!- You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. - You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and / or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Licensure / Certification Qualifications

Certification / Licensure Requirements :

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
• External candidate RNs are eligible for sign on incentive of $10,000 for ADNs and $15,000 for BSNs

Compensation Range : $45.30 - $68.22 / hour
