Job Description

Summary : The Service BDC Agent is responsible for generating service appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to schedule or inquire about service repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
• Use lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.
• Work tow-in lists, missed calls, chat leads, missed appointments.
• Confirm and book appointments.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate and schedule service appointments.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Plan any team building events.
• Will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.

Qualifications

Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or quota-driven role.

Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.

Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Preferred Qualifications : Previous BDC experience for an automotive dealership

Compensation (Hourly) : $15.00 + / hour
