Job Description
- Assist in overseeing daily construction site operations to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Support the preparation and submission of progress reports and documentation.
- Participate in site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on-site.

The Successful Applicant
