Multidisciplinary collaboration ensures effective care for complex and diverse surgical needs. Staff should be comfortable handling a fast-paced environment with a variety of patient populations including pediatrics and critical care patients. Responsibilities Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration for effective surgical care. Provide perioperative care for various surgical specialties. Manage diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and critical care. Handle daily cases, typically ranging from 30 to 50. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid nursing license (Nursys) required for onboarding. Complete Bassett Core Competencies, Unit Exam, and Skills Checklist. Proof of immunizations : MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, and Varicella. Driver's License / State ID for identification purposes. Annual TB Questionnaire and Physical / Health Statement.
