Program Analyst
Delta Solutions & Strategies is actively seeking a full time Program Analyst supporting 15th Air Force Plans, Programs, Requirements, and Assessments Directorate at Shaw Air Force Base (AFB), SC.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Provide expert advice on strategic Levels of Effort (LOEs), plans, procedures, actions, process, and milestones for the 15 AF Lessons Learned Program.
- Track and manage lessons learned in the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) and other repositories of 15 AF and assigned wing / DRU after action reports.
- Coordinate with HQ 15 AF staff and assigned wings and DRUs to resolve and address issues and identify best practices.
- Facilitate & manage Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts, formal & informal.
- Maintain 15 AF lessons learned dashboard and assess opportunities to improve information for better stakeholder awareness and decision making.
- Assist in updating lessons learned guides, plans, Standards of Procedures (SOPs), & milestones.
- Conduct presentations on lessons learned status; develop reports / presentations and address RFIs pertaining to lessons learned.
- Conduct lessons learned training to familiarize staff with key processes and terms.
- Coordinate with other units to identify best practices to improve 15 AF Lessons Learned Program.
- Attend annual lessons learned conference and working groups.
- Track and manage 15 AF strategic LOE status and meetings.
- Conduct planning, training, and implementing tools on the Envision platform.
What You'll Need :
