Employment Type : PRN
Pay Rate : $54 - $58 / hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shift : Evening Shift | 2 : 45 PM - 11 : 15 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team on a PRN basis . The RN will provide high-quality clinical care to residents, ensure adherence to care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote patient well-being and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor, record, and report resident symptoms or changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical records.
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and state / federal regulations.
- Participate in shift hand-offs, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
