Description :

  • Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; perform routine maintenance
  • Replace defective components using proper tools and safety protocols
  • Run service calls efficiently using ServiceTitan (or be willing to learn)
  • Provide on-site customer education, collect payments, and set expectations
  • Conduct system inspections and recommend improvements
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively
  • Collaborate with dispatch, parts runners, and senior techs for support
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC systems is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a residential and / or commercial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, depending on the scope of the project.
  • Valid HVAC technician license or certification (if required in your jurisdiction).
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
