    • Evening Call : 5 : 00 PM 8 : 00 AM, three nights per week.

  • Weekend Call : Friday 5 : 00 PM Monday 8 : 00 AM (one weekend per month).

    • Practice Highlights

  • Practice Setting

    • Telehealth supported; no inpatient or outpatient requirements.

  • Patient Volume

    • Approximately 15 patients per shift.

  • Call Response Time

    • Within 30 minutes.

  • Hospital Privileges

    • Required (Credentialing timeframe : 60-90 days).

  • EMR System

    • Epic.

    Requirements

  • Board Certification

    • Board-eligible in Hematology / Oncology.

  • Licensure

    • Active Washington State medical license.

  • Certifications

    • ABLS, ACLS, BLS (ATLS and PALS not required).

  • Fellowship

    • Preferred but not mandatory.

    • No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required.
