Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting. Assist with month-end closing and general ledger support related to accounts receivable. Support the accounting team with special projects and process improvements. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
