About The Community

The namesakes of the community built the first two rooms of their farmstead using local cedar and limestone. Originally, farm was used for livestock grazing, cash crops, and family meals, but it eventually transitioned to a cotton farm. In creating today’s community, every effort has been taken to show respect for the history of the original family, and prepare their land for the next generation of pioneers. At CCMC, our Assistant Community Manager plays a crucial role in executing our company’s purpose statement : We build community by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live and in the offices where we work. Simply put, we create experiences that connect people .

What You’ll Accomplish

• Support the Community Manager in the daily business operations and upholding the community standards as required by the governing documents, the CCMC management contract, and applicable laws
• Conduct monthly inspections utilizing online programs to track, document and notify homeowners of compliance issues weekly, and ensure common area safety and cleanliness
• Supply information, assistance, materials, and education to new and existing homeowners regarding the benefits of Association living and the impact of the Deed Restrictions
• Provide oversight of projects as directed by the Community Manager, acting as liaison to service contractors and vendors
• Be the onsite point of contact for assessment collections and is responsible for monitoring payment arrangements
• Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives as related to the collection of assessments
• Work directly with the Design Review Committee in the performance of the Design Review process
• Oversight of certain site staff and grounds services teams
• Daily interaction with community residents and committee volunteers
• Board and Committee meeting attendance

What We’re Looking For

The driving requirements include maintaining a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle driven, a clean motor vehicle report, and current automobile insurance at statutory limits. Notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance.
