Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Akron, OH. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, support client acquisition efforts, and optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
Manage and optimize content for email, print, and web campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development goals
Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance metrics
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when needed
Assist in planning and organizing promotional events and initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

2+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising role

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Proficiency in marketing software and CRM tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
