Patient Access Supervisor

The Patient Access Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Patient Access team to ensure timely initiation of home infusion services, accurate benefit verification, and seamless communication with referral sources. This role supports departmental operations by coordinating workflows, training staff, monitoring performance, and serving as an escalation point for operational and payer-related challenges.

Qualifications
Associate's Degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Minimum 35 years of experience in infusion pharmacy, patient access, or revenue cycle.
At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization, and discharge planning workflows.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
