A company is looking for a Guest Experience Agent to support guests throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Assist escalated guests and troubleshoot issues
Make reservations based on customer requirements and budgets
Maintain communication with guests via phone, email, and text while supporting field operations
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
2+ years of experience in customer service and / or concierge roles
Experience with Zendesk is a plus
Background in real estate and / or short-term rentals preferred
Strong self-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
