Solatube Home is seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Vista, CA . We are an award winning company that brightens our customers' homes using energy efficient daylighting systems.

The Job : You are the voice of our company, connecting our valued customers with our innovative products by scheduling appointments, coordinating installations and providing a customer-first experience with each interaction. You are the first point-of-contact with our customers, sharing product knowledge, answering billing questions, and supporting customers through our warranty process when needed. You are the cornerstone of customer satisfaction!

The Logistics : Standard 8am to 5pm schedule, M-F. Occasional weekend work for events / trade shows. Competitive hourly rate plus uncapped monthly commissions.

The Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience providing professional-level customer service.
• Preferred experience in phone sales and / or appointment setting within the home services industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Strong phone presence.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable reputation, attitude for fast-paced work, and service-minded
