Periodic Maintenance Coordinator – Papé Material Handling

Join our team in Tigard, OR as a dynamic Periodic Maintenance Coordinator. You'll help our customers get the equipment they need through high-quality service and efficient schedule management.

What You'll Do

  • Manage incoming and outgoing planned maintenance work for customer equipment.
  • Prepare quotes for recommended repairs and follow up to close the job.
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone and via email.
  • Work quickly, detail-focused and with a winning attitude in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need

  • Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and internal systems.
  • Strong communication and customer-relations abilities.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Preferred experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material-handling market.

    • Compensation

    $24.94 – $36.16 per hour (depending on experience)
