Location - Lake County, IL Hybrid Onsite (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)

PRIMARY FUNCTION / PRIMARY GOALS / OBJECTIVES
The Web Programmer is responsible building websites, emails, and banner ads. The position also prepares project documentation for medical, regulatory and IT review.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
- Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
- Experience with front end development of HTML-based projects such as websites, emails and banner ads
- Demonstrate critical creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload
- Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment
- Convert designs built using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite into fully functional, responsive assets
PROJECT / PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Expertise in content authoring using custom components within Adobe Experience ManagerCreate responsive websites from provided designs and functional requirementsDevelop animations, navigation, other interactive elementsCreate animated HTML banner ads using DoubleClick Studios and Google Web DesignerConvert email designs into responsive HTML emailsDevelop thorough knowledge of department, company, and industry standardsCreate thorough and accurate project documentationWork collaboratively with designers and creative managersWork well in a team environment and be able to follow department workflow processStay up to date with current technology and apply learnings to improve our development methodsACCOUNTABILITY / SCOPE

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline3+ years of experience building websites or other HTML-based projectsExperience with a server-side scripting language such as .NETExperience with content authoring in AEMExperience with Veeva Email and CRM modules a plusBe able to learn new platforms and processes quicklyStrong attention to detailCreative problem-solving skillsWhat are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position :
Expertise with HTML, CSS.
