Overview
Join a dynamic team and play a major role in strategizing, negotiating, and managing contracts of all types! This position offers a motivated individual the chance to work side by side with the Program Management team, providing strategic leadership and counsel on all contract related matters. The Manager Government Contracts will be able to work independently as well as support the multi-functional team. This person will be responsible for all phases of the contract, from proposal to contract closeout. This person should be familiar with all aspects of Government contracts including improvement of policies and procedures around contract management and compliance, audits, internal reviews, training and procedures.

Qualifications
Minimum : Bachelor's degree, At least five (5) years of experience in government contracting.
Preferred : Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation databases, Juris Doctor Degree, Government contracts management experience, Experience in the aerospace and defense industry, Established track record of beginning to end contracts management, Experience negotiating complex proposals, contract terms and conditions, and managing contract changes, Demonstrated ability to achieve positive results through influence, negotiation and change management, Effective communicator both orally and in writing, Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage time and competing priorities, including handling several assignments concurrently, Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, FAR, DFARS, and risk mitigation strategies.
Salary Range
$80,000 - $148,000 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
