Position Summary :

The Accounting Manager will oversee core accounting operations, lead a team, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. This role is responsible for managing the close process, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and supporting business decisions with timely financial insights. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the month-end and quarter-end close process.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and variance analyses.
• Provide analysis of financial results, highlight trends, and deliver insights to leadership.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and ensure proper documentation.
• Update and maintain accounting policies and procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate accounting for new transactions or initiatives.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Lead and mentor accounting team members, providing feedback and supporting development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Salary Range : $140k - $160k
