Our hiring leaders for Banquet Teams are the very best in their fields, inspiring staff daily and leading by example, sharing fresh yet sophisticated style, and collaborating on each new project to create memorable events. We're currently seeking a seasoned and imaginative Banquet Manager to oversee the front and heart-of-house teams. The Banquet Manager will support each team member by actively participating in daily operations, managing guest requests, and setting everyone up for success, from the start of the banquet to the very last bite. If you have an impeccable flair for pairing wine and food, and stay current on event trends, we'd like to hear from you.

About you...

Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus. You should have advanced knowledge of banquet operations, be a strong leader, and have a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Flexibility and willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation are also required.
