Subcontract Management Staff
You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for the THAAD Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for managing subcontracts and ensuring the timely delivery of quality products to our customers, supporting the THAAD program's production and development efforts.
What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Staff, you will be responsible for leading an aggressive capacity effort across multiple suppliers and locations to achieve desired production rates on time or ahead of schedule. You will serve as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and our suppliers, driving communication and collaboration to deliver results. Your responsibilities will include :

Further Information About This Opportunity : This position is in Dallas. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Experience managing supplier capacity efforts. Experience managing cost type subcontracts. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contracting types In depth knowledge of all types of contracts and how to utilize which type in various program scenarios. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines Experience with long-form subcontracts utilizing Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) Aerospace program negotiation skills and experience Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and work well under pressure Experienced presenter to Program Management and Customer representative Self Motivated with a demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership, and accountability for tasks / assignments Strong communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of management Ability to be flexible and accept change Must be able to resolve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment; ability to analyze a problem and recommend solutions by exercising sound problem solving skills
