Salary : $95,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance and Reporting Systems Manager to join our legal team. This is a permanent position that will provide a unique opportunity to shape and drive the financial and reporting systems within our organization. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Elite / Aderant, both user and table structure, and will be well-versed in large law firm financial software. The role requires an individual with a strong background in accounting or technology, advanced Excel skills, and exceptional communication abilities. The individual will be responsible for supporting Aderant applications, maintaining SSRS reports, overseeing the firm's core financial database, and directing closing cycles billing.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and support Aderant applications including EA pro, Classic expert, AP, billing, rates, time, Chrome River, iTimekeep, and BillBlasts.
• Oversee and maintain the law firm's core financial database.
• Develop, manage, and maintain SSRS reports. This includes the creation of new adhoc reports using SSRS.
• Work on SQL and application servers.
• Design and create bill check templates.
• Direct the closing cycles billing while maintaining in-depth analysis.
• Provide exceptional communication with lawyers and clients, ensuring all financial and reporting systems are understood and utilized effectively.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Elite / Aderant, both user and table structure.
• Utilize TSQL and HOC SQL to manage and manipulate data.
