Job Title : HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial environments such as office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of HVAC systems and a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Remove old systems and install new systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Train junior team members and ensure their understanding of HVAC processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and customers to address their HVAC needs.
• Order and maintain equipment necessary for HVAC operations.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations.
• Work with HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.

Work Environment

Work is performed in commercial settings, both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and mechanical hazards. The role may require travel between job sites and occasional overtime or weekend work. Service is provided across the Greater Philadelphia area with 16 technicians in the field working either 7am-3pm or 8am-4 : 30pm shifts. A company vehicle and necessary tools such as meters, gauges, hand tools, and ladders will be supplied.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paoli, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00 / hr.
