Base Pay : $27 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Travel : as needed

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support our printing operations. This role is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment across all company facilities, with travel required as needed.

The technician will work with a range of printing and finishing equipment, including but not limited to flexographic presses, offset presses, silk screen presses, die cutters, bindery folders and stitchers, and rewind tables. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the printing industry, a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced production environment.

General Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and building infrastructure.
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  • Support the production team by minimizing equipment downtime.

    • Level II

    Responsible for both facility and equipment maintenance tasks, with a focus on technical and project-based work.

    Responsibilities :

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues.
  • Participate in special projects (equipment upgrades, installations, facility changes).
  • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, mechanical drawings, and schematics.
  • Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment safely.

    • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience required.
  • Vocational training or technical background strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of 120V–480V systems a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Real ID driver’s license and US Passport required.

    • Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various positions.
  • Exposure to noise, chemicals, and industrial equipment.
  • Flexibility to work off-shifts or weekends during urgent maintenance events.
