Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Home Health team and provide exceptional patient care in the region. As an LVN, you will assist in implementing individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide critical support in the field. You'll work closely with our Clinical Director, Registered Nurses, and Clinical Staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and support.
