Exceptional track record of gaining buy-in from senior leadership by distilling complex technical risks into clear business tradeoffs, and successfully collaborating to roll out the risk framework across entities and geographies. Deep subject matter expertise in managing control issues and inherent risks across evolving technologies (crypto, cloud, data lakes, machine learning), preferably gained within a high-growth FinTech or tech environment. Demonstrated domain expertise gained within rapid-growth, technology-first financial platforms (e.g., neobanks, digital lending, payments, InsurTech, wealth management platforms, brokerages) or decentralized finance (DeFi) / digital asset firms. CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CISM, or FAIR certification.
