Troubleshoot challenges and mentor your team through behavioral situations. Support participants with behavioral needs and guide staff in providing tailored services. Host meet-and-greets for potential clients and their support networks. Interview and onboard new Employment Counselors. Provide regular training sessions. Manage administrative tasks and reporting. Facilitate relationships with employers. Job Summary :
The Program Manager oversees the services provided to our program’s participants and leads a team of Employment Counselors to deliver exceptional support. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who shares our vision and thrives in a collaborative environment.

We require candidates to have direct experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities and a proven ability to address behavioral challenges effectively. This expertise is essential for successfully managing the team and supporting our program’s participants.
