Drive sales by engaging with the customers, sharing product knowledge, and recommending products. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Ensure merchandise is stocked and organized in accordance with company procedures. Complete general housekeeping of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Exceptional customer service skills to provide a superior guest experience. Basic computer knowledge. General understanding of retail operations, including merchandising and inventory management. Communicate product knowledge to guests and make personalized recommendations. Merchandising skills to effectively display products in an attractive and organized manner. Able to perform basic calculations. Exceptional telephone etiquette skills, able to effectively communicate and handle calls with professionalism. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences. The ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures. The ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks as needed.

The first E. Edwards Workwear store opened in Lansing, Kansas in 1998. This marked the beginning of a brand that would eventually become one of the largest retailers of work footwear and apparel in the Midwest.
NOW HIRING A PART-TIME RETAIL ASSOCIATE :
This isn't your typical retail role. What's different? Most of the time our customers already know what they're looking for! No sales pitch needed! All you need to do is direct them to the right footwear and apparel as well as other responsibilities such as payment handling, returns processing, addressing inquiries, and maintaining shelf inventory. Acting as the frontline representative of the company, the Retail Associate delivers an outstanding customer experience through swift, effective, and polite assistance. It's our job to help our customers dress for theirs!
