Our client, a mission‑driven membership association, is seeking a visionary CFO as their current CFO prepares for a well‑earned retirement. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role and help shape the financial future of an organization dedicated to serving its members and making a meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in a business related field
  • minimum of 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO-level role
  • Experience in a membership-based nonprofit organization
  • CPA – Highly preferred
  • Proven success overseeing organizational budgets in excess of $30M

Responsibilities

Hands‑on financial leader who has managed complex budgets, overseen internal and external audits, stewarded large investment portfolios, and who possess the ability to communicate financial strategy clearly to executive teams, boards.
