Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project logistics and heavy haul transportation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale projects involving OOG cargo, heavy haul, and specialized equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can oversee projects from planning to execution, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project logistics operations, including planning, coordination, and execution of OOG and heavy haul transport projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct route surveys and feasibility studies for heavy haul moves.
• Prepare project documentation, including proposals, reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Monitor project performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and safety.
