JOB TITLE : Restaurant General Manger

DEPARTMENT : Management

REPORTS TO : Regional Director of Food and Beverage

POSITION PURPOSE :

The General Manager is responsible for managing day to day operations of Food & Beverage operations. This is a hands-on position that includes oversight of all aspects of operations including cost of sales, customer experience and revenue growth. Must be able to be proactive in solving problems and identify new revenue opportunities evaluating risk / reward formula in decision making process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Daily walkthrough providing feedback to various areas
• Menu development revision of menus as required
• Management of all financial reporting including but not limited to inventory, revenue and customer satisfaction
• Assist accounting with any follow up needed with daily operational items (cash drop variance, credit cards, accounts receivable, payroll, etc.)
• Provide assistance as needed with other F&B operations or projects within Suntex
