JOB TITLE : Restaurant General Manger
DEPARTMENT : Management
REPORTS TO : Regional Director of Food and Beverage
POSITION PURPOSE :
The General Manager is responsible for managing day to day operations of Food & Beverage operations. This is a hands-on position that includes oversight of all aspects of operations including cost of sales, customer experience and revenue growth. Must be able to be proactive in solving problems and identify new revenue opportunities evaluating risk / reward formula in decision making process.
